About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst - Sales to join our team at Deaf Unity. As a Data Analyst - Sales, you will play a critical role in analyzing and reviewing complex licensing agreements and understanding how these have been set up in our existing systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our implementation team and sales business lead to understand the scope and ambition of our transformation programme.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the proposed data structures for each of the different licence types in our new Sales & Licensing platform.
  • Review how specific terms for key licences have been captured in our existing system.
  • Help to analyze exports of licence data to identify and advise on where opportunities exist to migrate data.
  • Work with our data cleanse and migration team to make updates to licence agreements in our existing Sales & Licensing system.
  • Act as a key point of contact for enquiries from data cleanse and migration leads.
  • Provide regular updates on progress of the data cleanse and migration activities.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience of working in sales and licensing or legal and business affairs within the media and entertainment sector.
  • Strong understanding of content and IP licensing agreements.
  • Self-starter, able to prioritize and manage tasks and deadlines across multiple projects concurrently.
  • Hands-on experience of working with rights management solutions.
  • Experience of working on data analysis and migration programmes preferred but not essential.
