About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Disrupt Talent. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical and operational output of our business projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project delivery from client briefing to onsite installation, working closely with our creative team to ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop and maintain highly professional operating standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets and ensure margins are maintained, while delivering strong solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Coordinate with multiple partners and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Identify best value and best solution for clients, while maintaining a thorough understanding of their business and industry.
  • Ensure client deliverables are on time, professional, engaging, persuasive, and supported by sound rationale.
  • Attend briefing, pitch presentations, and site visits as required, maintaining a professional and business-like image at all times.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent numerical and literacy skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of design software packages and Microsoft products, with the ability to learn new skills and technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of self-motivation and a desire to succeed.
