About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Disrupt Talent. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical and operational output for our business project delivery and, on occasion, Interiors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery: Oversee project delivery from client briefing to onsite installation, working closely with our creative team to manage the process and client budgets with a focus on feasibility and ROI for all parties.
  • Process Development: Assist in the setup of the project management function, specifically process, delivery, and team build.
  • Client Communication: Ensure that responses are of a continually high quality and production is upheld, maintaining consistently high standards for yourself and others on the team.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate and contribute to the project process as part of a team, making and maintaining regular contact with all partners and suppliers to ensure communication is affected through the correct channels.
  • Training and Development: Attend training programmes in accordance with effective performance of the current role.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communications: Excellent communications both written and verbal to management level.
  • Organisational Skills: Organisational and planning skills.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of design software packages an advantage. Knowledge of all Microsoft products, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint.
  • Personal Qualities: Be imaginative and creative. Demonstrate confidence and take ownership of projects and workload. Adhere to all company policies, guidelines in line with the employee and health and safety handbooks. Project a smart, professional business-like image always. Honest, ethical with high performance standards with a 'hands on' attitude/approach.
