About the Position:

An exceptional opportunity exists within our Technical Services division for an Operations Manager specializing in Energy & Innovation. You will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's energy reduction objectives across various business sectors, emphasizing efficiency, reduced consumption, and sustainable practices.

Your responsibilities will include delivering strategic insights, formulating processes, policies, and plans, engaging with stakeholders, and overseeing the supply chain to ensure operational efficiency. You will lead the energy response team to achieve savings and contribute to sustainability initiatives.

Main Duties:

  • Provide analytical information to facilitate decision-making and energy reduction efforts.
  • Implement creative solutions aimed at enhancing efficiency.
  • Develop comprehensive processes, policies, and strategies for minimizing energy consumption.
  • Ensure compliance with the energy procurement budget.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure clarity and actionability of targets.
  • Drive initiatives to meet reduction goals and promote measurable innovations.
  • Manage relationships with energy data platforms and streamline supply chain operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Expertise in financial analysis and data interpretation.
