About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Deputy Home Manager to join our team at Guide Lane. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care are delivered to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist nursing support and advice to residents and colleagues
  • Take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence
  • Supervise and coach colleagues to provide exceptional care and support
Requirements
  • Degree in Nursing and UK NMC Pin Qualified
  • Experience in person-centred care planning within a care home
  • Knowledge of National Standards and NMC code of practice
