Assistant Contract Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Contract Manager to join our team at Green Folk LTD. As a key member of our contract management team, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of contracts for our renewable energy projects.


Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of contracts, ensuring successful project delivery and timely payments.
  • Provide expert advice to external stakeholders on contract creation and refinement, supporting emerging technology and complex delivery stages.
  • Contribute value by ensuring consistency in business models across various technologies.
  • Oversee the management of high-value contracts, ranging from £100 million to £2 billion, with appropriate support.
  • Manage relationships with project developers, monitor contract milestones, and work proactively to meet contractual obligations.


Requirements
  • Existing commercial contract management experience with contracts in excess of £10M and knowledge of complex technical projects.
  • Experience within infrastructure, utilities, telecoms, energy, renewables, or technically complex construction management industries would be highly beneficial.
  • Experience with EPC, FEED, or PFI contracts would also be beneficial.
  • Strong financial acumen with commercial contract management governance skills.
