The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the category and its opportunities, as well as the ability to translate this knowledge into actionable plans for Shopper Marketing Leads.

Key responsibilities will include operationalizing the Perfect Path to Purchase in key sub-channels, understanding the impact of legislative changes on the path to purchase, and sharing key shopper growth opportunities to influence AOP (brand and channel). The successful candidate will also be responsible for bringing to life the 'so what' from shopper insight through successful embedding into the business.

To succeed in this role, you will need relevant category management experience, preferably in an FMCG business, with a track record of successfully driving category, brand, and NPD growth. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as well as creative judgement, project management capability, and commercial grounding.
