Forklift Operator

Driver Hire Gatwick is actively looking for a proficient and seasoned Forklift Operator specializing in Counterbalance or Reach operations to become part of our esteemed client's team.

This role offers a pathway to a Temp-to-Perm arrangement, allowing you to transition to a permanent position after a designated period.

The role is available for immediate commencement, and in addition to operating the forklift, you will engage in various warehouse tasks and assist as a Driver's Mate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a forklift (Counterbalance or Reach) to efficiently load, unload, and transport goods.
  • Conduct routine inspections and perform basic maintenance on the forklift.
  • Support additional warehouse operations as required.

Requirements:

  • Possession of a valid forklift counterbalance license.
  • A minimum of one year’s experience in operating a forklift counterbalance.
