Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operate forklifts safely and efficiently, adhering to company safety standards and protocols.
  2. Assist with goods-in processes, ensuring 100% accuracy in stock handling and recording.
  3. Support production efforts with timely and accurate delivery of materials.
  4. Maintain a clean and organised warehouse to ensure a safe working environment.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
  6. Participate in stock takes, taking responsibility for inventory accuracy.
  7. Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve operational goals.

Requirements:

  1. Forklift licence (essential): You must have a valid forklift operator licence.
  2. Strong numerical and organisational skills: Attention to detail is a must.
  3. Reliability and a team player mentality: We need someone who can be counted on to work well with others.
  4. Good communication skills: You'll need to interact regularly with colleagues.
  5. Experience in beverage/food production or goods-in operations is a plus: Previous experience in a similar role will be beneficial.
