Job Title: Care Assistant - Live-in

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a live-in care assistant. As a live-in care assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live safely and independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent client outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a care setting, preferably live-in care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
