About the Role

We are actively looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to join our Birmingham team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for taking full ownership of projects from inception to completion, managing junior members of staff, and having the opportunity to grow within the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget
  • Lead and manage junior members of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure project success
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Work closely with the business development team to identify new business opportunities and grow the business

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in the built environment
  • Experience managing projects from start to finish
  • Highly competent with JCT/NEC forms of contract
  • Good communication and client-facing skills
  • Professionally qualified (or working towards) with MRICS/MAPM/MCIOB
