About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our Liverpool office and lead our project delivery team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project delivery teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Manage costs effectively across all project stages, providing expert cost management services, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations
  • Mentor and guide junior members of the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across our Liverpool and Manchester offices to contribute to the collective success of our team
About You
  • Proven expertise as a Quantity Surveyor, with a successful track record of managing projects, ideally within a consultancy setting
  • Industry knowledge of various sectors within Real Estate, including museums, residential, life sciences, infrastructure, and more
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to lead projects and guide teams towards successful outcomes
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, and working towards membership in a relevant professional body
