Land Appraisals and Negotiations
  • Conduct thorough land appraisals, including investigation, reporting, and purchasing.
  • Negotiate offers with landowners, taking into account budgets and forecasts.
Contract Management and Partnerships
  • Manage contracts and partnerships with landowners, agents, and other stakeholders.
Travel and Site Visits
  • Travel to site as required to inspect land and meet with stakeholders.
Requirements
  1. Proven Experience
  • Proven experience in a similar land negotiator/buyer/manager role.
Housebuilding and Residential Experience
  • Experience in housebuilding or residential development.
Acquisition Process Knowledge
  • Knowledge of the full acquisition process, including negotiation and contract management.
Negotiation and Communication Skills
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Travel and Driving Licence
  • Able to travel with a Full UK Driving Licence.
