Project Engineer - Acoustic Engineering

Join a respected market leader in acoustic ventilation systems and enclosures for large industrial applications as an Acoustic Specialist to project manage all aspects of projects, from early stages to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensure that project scope is clearly communicated to the internal Design and Manufacturing teams, and milestone dates agreed.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments to determine the viability of new projects.
  • Capture any changes to the project scope and liaise with the sales team to ensure any additional costs quoted.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and user manuals.
  • Provide technical support to production and installation teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Familiarity with EIA chapter drafting is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar 2D/3D software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • UK Driving Licence required.
