Job Description

TalentHawk is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with Maximo experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document business requirements related to Maximo asset management and work management processes.
  • Identify and Propose Improvements: Identify and propose improvements in the Maximo system that align with the business needs, including system configurations, customizations, and upgrades.
  • System Implementation & Support: Implement and support Maximo solutions for asset management, work order management, inventory, and other business processes.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize Maximo to gather and analyze data, produce reports, and provide insights to stakeholders for decision-making and performance improvement.
  • Training & Documentation: Develop user guides, training materials, and conduct training sessions to enhance user adoption and maximize system effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the utilities industry.
  • Proven experience working with IBM Maximo, including configurations, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of asset and work management processes within a utilities context.
  • Proficiency in IBM Maximo (v7) and experience with SQL, reporting tools (BIRT or others), and Maximo configuration.
  • Understanding of Maximo integration with other systems (ERP, GIS, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ability to perform data analysis and present actionable insights.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • IBM Maximo certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
