About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Financials/PSA Lead to join our team at Kainos. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Workday solutions for our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with customers and shape and deliver solutions that are aligned to customer needs, fit for purpose, and commercially viable.
  • Provide excellent consulting and guidance to customers, truly understanding their business.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Workday Financials and PSA, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices.
  • Lead and mentor a team of consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop new business opportunities and solutions.
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of Workday PSA and experience in implementing and configuring Workday solutions.
  • Excellent customer focus, able to assess customer needs, build relationships, and manage customer expectations.
  • Strong commercial awareness and complete understanding of project and business dynamics.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and make sensible decisions under pressure, taking a balanced view of customer demands and Kainos commercials.
  • Excellent consulting skills, including leading large-scale workshops with multiple stakeholders and liaising confidently and effectively with senior executives.
