About the Role
We are seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while performing your regular duties and managing a team of waiting staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily, front, and back-of-house restaurant operations
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Mentor new waiting staff with the correct operational procedures for the Restaurant
- Greet and serve guests with food and drinks as required
- Take customers' orders and pass them to kitchen staff or bar assistants
- Work as a team with other staff in the dining room and effectively communicate with the kitchen staff
Requirements
- Management experience: 1 year (preferred)
