Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at NHS Scotland. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to meet the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat a diverse range of pediatric and adult patients presenting in General Practice
  • Ensure patient health needs are met through diagnosis and management of patient conditions
  • Provide specialist advice to healthcare professionals, other agencies, carers, clients, and relatives
  • Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary general practice team to meet patient needs
  • Support the development and delivery of policy and procedures, development and implementation of nursing services, and provide nurse and clinical leadership as required
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and experience working in a General Practice setting. They will be able to demonstrate excellent clinical decision-making skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
