Marriott International seeks a driven and experienced Multi-Property Operations Manager to oversee the performance of multiple hotel properties within a designated area.

This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, maximizing revenue, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences across all brands under Marriott's umbrella.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with Area Vice Presidents and Area Teams to execute the Food & Beverage strategy, continuously seeking operational improvements and upholding rigorous quality assurance standards. Provide invaluable support for the development pipeline of new properties.
  • Revenue Generation: Spearhead the growth of the Area's top-line revenue by developing and implementing a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy across all revenue-generating departments.
  • Guest Satisfaction Champion: Ensure that products and services delivered by Marriott brands consistently meet or exceed guest expectations. Cultivate customer loyalty, leading to increased market share and brand advocacy.
  • Human Resources Advocate: Foster a work environment that prioritizes fairness, equity, and associate satisfaction. Contribute to a culture of success across all area hotels.
  • Owner Relations Expert: Build strong, trusting partnerships with ownership groups by consistently exceeding expectations in operational management and financial performance.
Key Skills & Competencies:

The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record of success in the hospitality industry, coupled with exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills. A deep understanding of financial planning, project management, and guest experience optimization is essential.

  • Financial Acumen: Expertise in profit and loss statements, revenue forecasting, expense planning, and data-driven decision making.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive business plans that align with Marriott's brand standards and market trends.
  • Communication Mastery: Skilled in conveying information effectively across all levels of an organization, fostering collaboration and driving action.
  • Project Management Proficiency: Adept at utilizing defined processes to plan, execute, and monitor projects within scope, time, resource, and budget constraints.
  • Business Planning Expertise: Ability to facilitate project planning, approval, and funding decisions, determining resource needs and work allocation.
