Scottish Retail Team Leader
A skilled sales professional with experience in retail management is sought for a Scottish Retail Team Leader position.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a vibrant and high-traffic retail setting and possess substantial expertise in overseeing store operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of 5-10 staff members
  • Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the store meets and surpasses productivity and sales objectives
  • Maintain exceptional service standards in a bustling environment
  • Organize the team efficiently based on business requirements, planning, prioritizing, and delegating tasks
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance store productivity
  • Collaborate closely with the purchasing team to ensure optimal stock levels
  • Oversee visual merchandising standards, regularly reviewing sales and adjusting displays to maximize revenue
  • Manage cash handling and other daily administrative responsibilities
  • Keep the line manager informed of all relevant issues and contribute insights regarding business and market trends.

Candidate Profile:

  • Candidates must have experience with fast-moving consumer goods (minimum 2 years)
  • Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred
  • Demonstrated understanding of and contribution to commercial objectives and KPIs
  • A hands-on approach to management is essential
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change are required
  • Highly motivated and organized with strong commitment
  • Multilingual candidates are preferred.
