About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Solutions Architect to join our team at Matchtech. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing software solutions that meet the critical needs of our clients in the field of Software Enabled Defence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and assess effective technology solutions to meet user needs through the application of architectural methods.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Validate solutions through rigorous testing and analysis.
  • Elicit and analyze requirements from users to ensure that solutions meet their needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of software applications, application hosting infrastructure, middleware, AI/ML, networks, data, security, system management, and communications.
  • Ability to apply architectural methods to define and assess effective technology solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to create influence and build constructive relationships with clients.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proven track record in software solution development, ensuring consistency with specified requirements.
  • Demonstrable experience of defining robust engineering management plans and leading teams to follow them.
