Job Title: Sales Representative - Bathroom Products

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a Sales Representative - Bathroom Products, you will be responsible for selling a range of manufactured bathroom products to bathroom retailers and plumbing & heating merchants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Customer Service: You will be responsible for selling a range of manufactured bathroom products, including baths, basins, furniture, showers, shower trays, brassware, sanitaryware, taps, sinks, urinals, heating, mirrors, vanity units, and accessories.
  • Business Development: You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
  • Order Processing: You will be responsible for processing orders promptly and accurately, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled to the highest standard.
  • Marketing and Promotion: You will be responsible for making outbound marketing calls to new and existing customers, increasing stock holding branches, and creating product awareness.
  • Performance Metrics: You will be responsible for meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the team lead, including activities logged, calls made, orders processed, and sales revenue generated.

Requirements:

  • Experience: You must have sales or customer service experience, ideally within the B2B sector. Experience within the bathroom industry is desirable but not essential.
  • Skills: You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong relationships with customers. You must also be highly organized, driven, and able to work independently.
  • Personality: You must be a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a strong work ethic. You must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
