As an Internal Sales Executive - Bathroom Products, you will be responsible for selling a range of manufactured bathroom products to bathroom retailers and plumbing & heating merchants.
Key Responsibilities- Selling a variety of bathroom products, including baths, basins, furniture, showers, shower trays, brassware, sanitaryware, taps, sinks, urinals, heating, mirrors, vanity units, and accessories.
- Managing inbound enquiries via telephone, email, and web queries.
- Processing orders promptly and accurately.
- Making outbound marketing calls to new and existing customers.
- Increasing stock holding branches and creating product awareness.
- Dealing with typical order values of approximately £300.
- Meeting KPIs set by the team lead, including activities logged, calls, orders processed, etc.
- Must have sales or customer service experience, ideally within the B2B sector.
- Ideal experience within the bathroom industry, although this is not essential.
- Inquisitive nature, chatty, and confident phone manner.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Energy and enthusiasm.
