About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Professional. As a Care Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of older adults in your community.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to older adults in their own homes
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families
- Work collaboratively with other Care Professionals to ensure seamless care
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
What We Offer
- An excellent hourly rate of between £14.25ph
- Enhanced evening rate after 18:00pm and weekends
