Job Description
At Home Instead, we're passionate about providing high-quality care to our clients, and we're looking for compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Professionals.
No 15 minute calls. Our calls are an hour or longer to provide sufficient time to provide high-quality care.
We're a relationship-led care provider, matching our clients and Care Professionals based on key interests and personalities. We promote continuity of care and client matching, and most importantly, friendship.
As a Care Professional, you'll receive:
- An excellent hourly rate of between £13.25 - £14.25ph
- Enhanced evening rate after 18:00pm and weekends
- Free comprehensive pre-employment training
- 28 days holiday (pro rata)
- Paid mileage, travel time, and wait time
- Pension scheme

As the role is completely community-based, it's essential that you have access to transport to ensure you can get to visits in a timely manner.

Qualifications
You don't need any previous experience or qualifications to become a Care Professional, as we'll provide industry-leading training to get you up to speed. However, we do look for people with the following:
- Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-lasting, positive relationships with our clients.
- Basic cooking skills
- Bags of compassion, and a passion for supporting others
- Genuine interest in becoming a part of a caring, mission-led organisation, who pride themselves on delivering an outstanding service.
