We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Residential Childcare team at Brook Street UK. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and supportive environment for young people with complex trauma-based behaviour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to young people
- Develop and implement individual care plans to meet the unique needs of each young person
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to care
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care and make recommendations for improvement
