Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement statistically sound approaches for nonclinical safety studies.
- Collaborate with scientists to provide critical experimental design input.
- Develop automated statistical solutions to enhance study conduct and reporting.
- Partner with data science groups to identify optimal solutions to scientific problems.
- Deliver statistical training to scientists and promote statistical excellence.
- M.S. in Statistics or Biostatistics with 2+ years of experience in applied statistics.
- Proficiency in R programming (2+ years).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team.
- Competitive annual base salary ($99,900 - $166,000).
- Eligibility for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 15.0% of the base salary.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) plan, paid vacation, and health benefits.
