We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our Housing Needs Team as a Housing Monitoring Officer.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide support and assistance to the Strategic Lead - Housing Needs, Operational Leads and Team Leaders, to ensure that accurate records, case management and data monitoring is always maintained in line with statutory requirements and service performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Housing Needs Team
  • Assisting with data monitoring and analysis
  • Supporting the development of reports and statistical returns
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve service performance targets
