As a key member of the Resort Entertainment Team, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-volume events across the operational calendar, including February Half Term, Brick or Treat, and Christmas at LEGOLAND.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth execution of events, including drafting and implementing setup and pack-down rotas, managing event assets and props, and coordinating with external contractors.

You will also be responsible for budgeting finances, negotiating with suppliers, and presenting financial data via a comprehensive budget tracker.

As a hands-on events position, you must be comfortable working outside in all weathers and be mindful of Health & Safety best practice within an event setting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver high-volume events across the operational calendar
* Draft and implement setup and pack-down rotas
* Manage event assets and props
* Coordinate with external contractors
* Budget finances and negotiate with suppliers
* Present financial data via a comprehensive budget tracker

Requirements:

* Previous experience organizing and implementing high-volume events
* Experience working within an Entertainment function in a theme park setting
* Proactive approach to planning, prioritizing, and communication
* Confident communicator, both with internal colleagues and external contractors
* Awareness of the LEGO brand and passion for elevating existing experiences with innovative and creative ideas
