Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking 3 full-time Support Workers to join our supported living services in Derby. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, challenging behavior, and other complex care requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with clients and their families to ensure their needs are met
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and personal care
  • Support clients with medication and finances
  • Encourage and assist with community access and social activities
  • Accurately record client information and meet individual needs
Requirements
  • 6 months+ experience in a similar role
  • Ability to ride a bicycle
  • Full UK manual driving license
