TalentHawk is seeking a seasoned SAP IDM expert to lead our clients critical migration project from SAP Identity Management (IDM) to Microsoft Entra. As SAP IDM approaches its end-of-life, your expertise will be crucial in ensuring a seamless transition. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of SAP IDM and hands-on experience with identity management migrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the migration process from SAP IDM to Microsoft Entra, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of current SAP IDM configurations and processes.
  • Develop and implement migration strategies, timelines, and roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for identity management and security during and after the migration.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the migration process.
  • Deliver training and support to internal teams on the new Microsoft Entra system.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as an SAP IDM Consultant or Subject Matter Expert.
  • Proven track record of successful identity management system migrations.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra and its integration capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in SAP IDM and/or Microsoft Entra.
  • Experience with project management and Agile methodologies.
