Senior Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our team at Dover Corporation. As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for leading engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with design teams to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex engineering problems.
- Ensure that all engineering projects are aligned with the company's strategic objectives and are delivered in accordance with relevant regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, as well as the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve project delivery and engineering processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering project management, with a focus on rotating equipment.
- Proven track record of delivering complex engineering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
