Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tissue Viability Specialist Nurse to join our dynamic and expanding team at Central London Community Health Trust. As a key member of our wound clinic team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with complex wounds.

Main Responsibilities

As a Tissue Viability Specialist Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Assessing and managing patients with complex wounds, including leg ulcers and other tissue viability conditions.
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to promote wound healing and prevent further complications.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Providing education and support to patients, families, and carers to promote wound care and prevention.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
