Sytner Group is seeking a personable and motivated Saturday Showroom Receptionist to enhance our exceptional Welcome team.

As a Host at Sytner, you will embody our brand values daily, providing customers with an immersive experience in the world of luxury automobiles.

Your role will involve greeting every visitor to our showroom, efficiently guiding them to the appropriate department, and offering refreshments during their stay. Additionally, you will handle incoming phone calls, ensuring that inquiries are directed to the correct team without delay.

Candidate Profile

As the initial point of contact for our clients and guests, a warm and inviting demeanor, along with the ability to transfer calls efficiently, is crucial. You will play a key role in managing the experience of each visitor, ensuring they receive personalized and attentive service.

To excel in this position, we are looking for someone who is:

  • A proactive communicator, engaging effectively with management and dealership teams.
  • Innovative in crafting memorable experiences for our customers.
  • Self-motivated, using initiative to enhance customer satisfaction.
You will also need to gather insights about customer preferences and anticipate their needs. Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail are essential to succeed in this role.
