PMO Manager - Data and AI

Eden Smith Group is seeking a highly skilled PMO Manager to join their Data and AI team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for shaping the PMO function from scratch and driving the success of Data and AI projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a portfolio approach to integrate, assure, and oversee all Data & AI programmes
  • Establish intelligent PMO processes, working closely with the CPMO, to cover issues, risks, budgets, change control, dependencies, benefits, and resource management
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of Data & AI projects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Provide expert advice on project management methodologies and tools
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in building and leading a PMO function, ideally in the Data and AI discipline
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies
  • Proficiency in project management tools and PMO software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
