Grounds Maintenance Specialist - Roehampton

The Roehampton Club is seeking a dedicated full-time Grounds Maintenance Specialist to become an integral part of our proficient and knowledgeable team, ensuring that the grounds are consistently maintained to the highest standards. Our ethos is to nurture talented individuals and empower them with the necessary tools and skills to advance their careers.

Renowned for offering exceptional facilities in the Southeast of England, the Club focuses on golf and tennis, alongside a variety of other sports and fitness amenities available to our members.

The ideal candidate will take pride in upholding the quality of the grounds and contributing to the development of the estate in alignment with our long-term masterplan. This position entails a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, including weekend shifts on a rotational basis.

Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in sports field maintenance.
  • A qualification in Greenkeeping or a desire to obtain one.
  • Commitment to high-quality standards with meticulous attention to detail.
  • A reliable team player capable of managing multiple tasks.
  • A proactive attitude and a positive approach to work.
  • Strong time management and attendance record.
