As we continue to drive growth and expansion, we are seeking a highly skilled ERP Systems Administrator to join our team and support our ambitious business objectives.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ERP Systems Administrator to oversee and support all ERP interfaces with other technology systems and applications within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our ERP software, monitoring license compliance, and providing expert support to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Analytics Queries (BAQs) within the Epicor Kinetic ERP system
  • Support and customize dashboards and other user interface elements to enhance user experience
  • Utilize SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) for data integration and reporting tasks
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Epicor system issues to ensure uninterrupted operations
  • Automate and schedule exports and reports to improve efficiency
  • Utilize Microsoft SQL and related tools to create and optimize queries
  • Oversee and maintain automated report generation and task scheduling
  • Participate in system development, testing, and deployment phases
  • Actively address and resolve Epicor-related issues and user requests
  • Manage business intelligence dashboards and datasets to facilitate informed decision-making
  • Assist in ERP system implementations and upgrades
  • Ensure and maintain a safe working environment by adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements
  • Complete Hazard Tags where required and competent to do so
  • Support continuous improvement activities and initiatives
  • Ensure housekeeping within the work area is maintained at the highest level, ensuring adherence to BRC accreditation and standards at all times
  • To carry out or assist with any duties as deemed necessary in connection with the business
Requirements
  • Proven experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP system, including customization and ongoing support
  • Proficiency in SQL for reporting and data analysis purposes
  • Familiarity with database management principles
  • Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively across all organizational levels
  • Excellent project management abilities, adept at prioritization and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Keen attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
