Join Our Team as a Trainee Bus Driver

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Bus Driver. As a Trainee Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a bus safely and efficiently to ensure the comfort and safety of passengers
  • Provide excellent customer service to passengers, responding to their needs and concerns
  • Work collaboratively with other drivers and depot staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve driving skills and knowledge
What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.92-£15.46, depending on experience and length of service
  • Full CPC training and ongoing development opportunities
  • Flexible working hours, including rotating shifts and overtime opportunities

Requirements:
  • Must be over 18 years of age
  • Have been driving for a minimum of 6 months
  • No more than 6 points on your licence
  • Will need to undergo a drug and alcohol test before your assessment
  • Will need to pass an English comprehension test
  • Great people skills and flexibility to work a variety of shifts
