Location: Redditch

Basic Salary: £23,000 - £25,000

OTE: £33,000

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our busy Lettings team as a Lettings Negotiator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties available to let, conducting property viewings, and negotiating and finalising tenancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Management: Manage a manageable portfolio of properties available to let, ensuring they are compliant with current regulations.
  • Viewings and Negotiations: Conduct property viewings and negotiate and finalise tenancies with prospective tenants.
  • Tenant Screening: Provisionally vet prospective tenants and ensure they meet the necessary criteria.
  • Communication: Provide regular contact and feedback to landlords and applicants, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
  • Administrative Tasks: Update and maintain the company's CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

Requirements:

  • Organisational Skills: Be able to manage different parts of the lettings process simultaneously, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Be eloquent, friendly, and able to quickly build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Independence and Teamwork: Be able to work independently as well as part of a team, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Customer Service: Provide the very best level of customer service at all times, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Driving License: Possess a full driving license and have access to a car.

Working Hours:

  • 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays 8:30am to 4:00pm
