About the Role

As a Project Worker, you will work with adults with learning disabilities, mental health issues, and other additional needs, offering daily support to promote independent living.

  • Provide person-centred support to adults with complex needs
  • Engage in daily activities such as walking, football, music, and fun days out
  • Build positive and professional relationships with the people being supported

Requirements
