About the Role:
As a Senior Project Surveyor/ Quantity Surveyor at Building Careers UK, you will be responsible for efficiently managing project costs from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets and financial objectives. You will oversee the procurement process, including tendering, negotiation, and contract administration. Additionally, you will proficiently handle various contract forms, including JCT D&B, management contracting, and NEC, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks. You will also effectively manage subcontractor relationships, including procurement, payment applications, and dispute resolution. Furthermore, you will identify and mitigate potential risks associated with cost, contracts, and procurement. Finally, you will prepare accurate and timely financial reports, forecasts, and cost analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
