Digital Customer Journey Specialist

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Bupa's digital commercial team as a Digital Customer Journey Consultant. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial part in helping our customer-facing colleagues deliver exceptional standards of customer service and patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the optimisation of key ecommerce journeys on bupa.co.uk, driving revenue growth and improving customer experience.
- Manage research, insights, and performance challenges to drive improved conversion performance across our web journey portfolio.
- Take ownership of the optimisation backlog for one or more online customer acquisition journeys, working closely with the customer journey team.
- Ensure the website is performing against sales targets by developing a constant improvement plan shaped by data, research, and insights.
- Drive the planning and delivery of the overall journey optimisation programme for bupa.co.uk, collaborating with stakeholders across the business.
Requirements
- At least 18 months of experience in a digitally focused role, with a strong understanding of website optimisation, testing, and project management.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent, with evidence of experience in identifying opportunities and implementing change.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present data insights to stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Experience using digital web analytics and testing platforms, such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
