We are working with a leading contractor in the Energy sector to find an experienced Site Manager for a permanent position. As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the site, ensuring client requirements are met and complying with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Safety Management: Ensure site standards are maintained, assist with risk assessments, accident investigations, site instructions, and inspections.
  2. Production Management: Work to programme and ensure timely completion of projects.
  3. Quality Assurance: Ensure standards of workmanship are maintained, complete quality records, and ensure continuity of process-capability.
  4. Team Leadership: Work with site personnel to improve standards through joint site inspections and reviews of site monitoring results.
  5. Client Management: Attend progress meetings with clients to ensure their requirements are met.
  6. Site Personnel Management: Manage and lead a team of site personnel.

Requirements:

  1. Experience of delivering multidiscipline projects in the Gas industry, preferably pipeline and/or Compressor Station/AGI experience.
  2. EUSR SHEA Gas competency.
  3. CSCS Managers Card.
  4. IOSH / SMSTS.
  5. Full UK driving license.
  6. Good work ethics.
  7. Able to lead a team.
  8. First Aider.
  9. Temporary Works Coordinator/Supervisor (desirable).
  10. CDM Awareness.
  11. NEC 3&4 Contract experience (desirable).
  12. Fire Warden (desirable).

The salary is competitive and based on experience.
