About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at Galliford Try. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites, managing teams, and overseeing the delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate site activities, ensuring timely completion of projects
  • Lead and motivate site teams, promoting a culture of safety and quality
  • Develop and implement site plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Monitor and control site costs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring site safety and security
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager who can demonstrate a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will have a deep understanding of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and building legislation.

You will be a natural leader, able to motivate and inspire site teams to achieve exceptional results. You will also be a strong communicator, able to build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
