Business Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to join our team at Elite Sourcing. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing structure and support to our operational teams, ensuring adherence to business systems, policies, and procedures, and maintaining all legal and compliance obligations.
Key Responsibilities:- Health & Safety: Ensure a safe working environment for all employees and stakeholders.
- Compliance: Maintain all legal and regulatory requirements, including ISO and industry-related accreditations.
- Operational, Project, and Financial Management: Oversee the administration of projects, manage budgets, and ensure financial stability.
- Equipment Management: Maintain and manage company equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- People Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Education: O' level or A' Level and Business Management accreditation.
- Project Management: Proven experience in project management, with relevant qualifications.
- Health and Safety: Relevant qualifications, such as ISOH/NEBOSH.
- Microsoft Office: Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Document Control: Experience with document control and review processes.
- Commercial Awareness: Demonstrate commercial awareness and understanding of the need to adhere to processes and work schedules to maximize revenue.
- People Management: Proven experience in people management, ideally within the construction or mechanical engineering environments.
