Job Description:

We are seeking highly skilled Business Process Specialists to join our team at Sanderson. As a Business Process Specialist, you will play a key role in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of end-to-end processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies and other frameworks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process changes
  • Provide excellent stakeholder management and communication
  • Support the development of process documentation and training materials

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in process improvement roles
  • Financial Services experience (essential)
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and other process improvement frameworks
  • Value Stream Mapping
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Experience of pensions administration would be beneficial
