Job Description:
We are seeking highly skilled Business Process Specialists to join our team at Sanderson. As a Business Process Specialist, you will play a key role in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of end-to-end processes to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies and other frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process changes
- Provide excellent stakeholder management and communication
- Support the development of process documentation and training materials
Requirements:
- Proven experience in process improvement roles
- Financial Services experience (essential)
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and other process improvement frameworks
- Value Stream Mapping
- Flexible and adaptable
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Experience of pensions administration would be beneficial
