Our client is a leading events production company that delivers brand activations, festivals, and experiential events for top brands worldwide. With a state-of-the-art warehouse equipped with high-tech AV equipment, lighting, and staging, they are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join their dynamic team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the warehouse's stock levels, receiving deliveries, and preparing for jobs. This role requires a strong technical understanding of lighting, power, audio, and video, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate stock levels and inventory management
  • Receive and process deliveries for the operations team
  • Prepare equipment and materials for jobs and events
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth warehouse operations
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
