Shop Manager Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shop Manager to join our team. As a Shop Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, including leading a small team of staff and motivating them to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
- Monitor and control store operations, including stock levels, inventory management, and cash handling
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Proven experience in a retail customer service orientated or sales environment
- Supervisory or junior management experience within a retail or field sales position, ideally in a hard goods environment
- Practical experience/knowledge of some or all of our product range
- Proven ability to sell some or all of our product range
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service to all of our customers
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets
- Confident, enthusiastic team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Accuracy and numeracy skills, as well as basic computer literacy
- High degree of self-motivation and a can-do attitude
