We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Little Dessert Shop. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our store, including managing staff, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit, train, and lead a team of creative individuals to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Maintain stock levels, order stock, and reconcile tills to ensure accurate financial records
- Develop and implement staff rotas to ensure the store is adequately staffed during trading periods
- Ensure the store meets all hygiene, health, and safety regulations
- Perform general upkeep and maintenance of the store to maintain brand standards
- Experience in a restaurant or retail environment, with a proven track record of success
- GCSE in English and Maths (A-D)
- Able to use Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Qualification in hospitality an advantage
