We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Technical Officer to join our Albyn Housing Society team. As a key member of our customer and property services team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers across the Highlands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements and other regulatory standards.
- Manage contractors to deliver high-quality service within set standards.
- Conduct thorough Stock Condition Surveys of void properties.
- Record all tenant interactions on the CRM system and Asset Management System.
- Utilize strong ICT skills, including Microsoft 365, Project, and online applications.
- Diagnose building-related defects and provide expert solutions.
- Travel within the Highlands and occasionally outside to meet customer needs.
